Review: A leg on my TV stand was broken and my sofa was dropped in the grass during my move with CapitalWay Moving & Storage in November 2012. My furniture was in new condition before the move. I contacted Roman L[redacted], the owner, and notified him of the damages to my TV stand. Mr. L[redacted] stated that he will not pay full price for my TV stand but he would send me a check in the amount of $65.00. I provided him with my information and I never received payment. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times by e-mail and phone, I still have not received my refund or a response from the owner. This company provided poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $180 for my TV Stand or a refund for my moving services because the owner did not provide good customer service and I have been waiting for almost two years.

Review: I had my furniture moved by CapitalWay Moving & Storage and my TV stand was damaged during the move. I contacted the company and informed [redacted], the owner, of the damages. I also sent him a picture of the broken leg on my TV stand. He stated that he will not give me a full refund for my TV stand, which was in new condition before I used CapitalWay moving services. He offered to send me a check in the amount of $65 for the damages. It has been almost a year and I've never received payment. [redacted] promised to mail the check on several occasions but I still haven't received payment.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my TV stand.
