I am rejecting this response because:
Due to very poor customer service, lack of knowledge,...

dishonesty, and rudeness. The paperwork was not only done incorrectly but sent out late. I purchased my Vehicle 5/9/16 and payment for the registration was not even sent until 6/1/16. The delays were caused by the dealerships lack of knowledge and lack of follow up. I was told this is due to the office manager being on vacation. This in inconvenience caused me to miss work, not to mention additional time spent at the dealership trying to resolve this matter. I was also given an illegal extension letter even after explaining the dealership that it was not illegal. I was very much inconvenienced and missed work.
Regards,

I have contacted the customer and explained to her the reason for her charges. These were services prenatal provided by us and she left our practice before having her baby. If a patient leaves a practice  that has been providing prenatal care for her unborn child, the practice has to bill...

the Insurance and most Insurance companies deny payment and it becomes the patient's responsibility. When care is provided, it is considered Global Services, because the practice gets a large sum of payment upon delivery of fetus. Patient understood and she said she will contact Revdex.com to take down complaint.

Review: I was treated very rudely by a staff member at Capital Women's Care. I had called to get further details about a bill that I had received that should have been covered by insurance. Shortly after I gave the female staff member my name, which is African in origin, she sounded exasperated and impatient. She attempted to provide me with information that was not applicable to my situation, when I interrupted stating, "excuse me ma'am, that's not applicable" she responded with "you know what, good bye" and hung up the phone.

I called the office shortly after to speak with the female staff member's supervisor who stated that she was aware of what had occurred as the staff member had just told her that she had hung up on me because I was rude to her. When I told her I was not rude, the supervisor stated that no other complaints had been lodged against this staff member, as if I was making it up.

Later on, I was able to talk to the billing department of Capital Women's Care who provided me with correct assistance so that the matter with the bill was resolved. The little information the female staff member who hung up on me had provided was not even correct.

I am writing this complaint now as I have switched health care providers and did not wish to be stigmatized while I was still a patient at their clinic.

Response:

September 22, 2014 Dear [redacted],This letter is in response to the complaint filed on 9/15/14. I would first like to state that I always apologize to my patients that call with concerns regarding billing problems or customer service complaints. According to the background information you sent and what I reviewed in the billing records is this insistent occurred 16 months ago. There is no documentation in her billing records inwhich she would need to be concerned that there maybe any stigma associated with her personally, It just reference that she was called because her account was over due. Then my billing staff contacted out, outsourced, billing company to investigate why the insurance did not pay the claim. The billing service had the wrong claim address which they updated and refilled the claim. The relationship we have with the insurance companies are based on participation with that plan, which gives patients in network benefits. We do not work for the insurance company so many times it requires communicating with the patient to resolve billing issues.I am again truly sorry that she had a bad experience with myself and the staff here at our office. Please convey this to this patient.Sincerely,Kelli ORN/Manager
