This is a response regarding complaint ID [redacted] , on behalf of Capital Women's CarePer [redacted] complaint, she states that mailing statements were sent on her daughter's behalf to an incorrect addressYou will find attached a patient intake form which we require all patients to update on an every visit basisOn November 5, 2015, [redacted] ( [redacted] daughter) changed the mailing address to reflect [redacted] ***, ***, Burke, VA ***As this was the address of record at the time of service, multiple statements were sent to the aforementioned addressWhatever communication issues are taking place between our patient and her mother are not our concernAs the patient was over at the time of service, she had a right to change the address, as an adultWe followed all protocols prior to sending the patient to Collections for failure to pay for services renderedTherefore, we deny any Wrongdoing and request that any complaint be closed and any derogatory Statements or adjudications on your site be removedPlease do not hesitate to contact me should you require additional information.Respectfully,Glen *S*M.DManaging Partner Capital Women's Care ###-###-####
