Called Central FL Pools - explained we had the part for underwater installation - needed someone who could do it without draining the pool - George spoke to my husband on phone - said "no problem - he knew what to do and who to send"
6/13/8am diver arrived - looked at part (paramount replacement for in-ground cleaning system) spent minutes telling us how he was unable to do anything and had no idea on how to install the part underwater
6/17/an invoice #*** - PO#*** arrived in the amount of $stating that the part was removed and replaced plus "dive Labor" plus tax
6/17/-we called the company - it was closed - mailed the invoice back with a note telling him to "talk to John - no work was performed and we will not pay invoice."
6/19/- to follow up we called George to tell him we sent back the invoice and
