I, [redacted] , the [redacted] of Capital Tire & Muffler always believe in treating our customers with the up most respectNever would we speak to a customer in the manner that was stated in the complaintWe take pride in our company in knowing that we are always honestIf a customer has a problem with the work we have done we always fix it at no cost to the customerThe greatest truth is honesty and we would hope that this customer would do the same and be honest as wellIn saying this, I find this complaint to be a blatant lieI nor the office manager never even spoke to anyoneThis person never called and to say he or she did is falseI am not saying that the work was or was not done correctlyI am just saying I never heard from this customerIf I had I would of gladly fixed the problem at no chargeSincerely, [redacted] %
