I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was told this was done correctly, I'm not sure why the weld broke then.  I've had this taken care of at my own expense again knowing this would not be resolved with the [redacted].  I have a funeral to plan and do not have the energy for this.

I, [redacted], the [redacted] of Capital Tire & Muffler always believe in treating our customers with the up most respect. Never would we speak to a customer in the manner that was stated in the complaint. We take pride in our company in knowing that we are always honest. If a customer has a...

problem with the work we have done we always fix it at no cost to the customer. The greatest truth is honesty and we would hope that this customer would do the same and be honest as well. In saying this, I find this complaint to be a blatant lie. I nor the office manager never even spoke to anyone. This person never called and to say he or she did is false. I am not saying that the work was or was not done correctly. I am just saying I never heard from this customer. If I had I would of gladly fixed the problem at no charge.
