I am very great full to Capital Services for its good service and attention. Since 2008 I have been insured my home and 5 cars, each with insurers with very high coverage and low cost. I recommend 100% to Capital Services
Excellent, fast and friendly service. Fees are low, and beats waiting at DMV for registration services . I got my vehicle registration sticker replaced within one minute.

The owner of the CMRA, [redacted] conceeds that he has in his possession the agreement signed by his customers, [redacted] and [redacted] ***This agreement is pursuant to Business and Professions code The acknowledgement should be the same or simmilar to the acknowledgement attached herewith for convenience [redacted] did not provide me the copy of the acknowledgement signed by [redacted] and [redacted] ***Also I need clarification whether he followed the states and federal statutes
I would be willing to increase my settlement offer if Ms [redacted] will forward a copy of the invoice from the plumber that made her repairs, including his name and phone number We would like to talk to him and will strongly consider additional compensation based on what we are told from the techinicanThank you
I have enclosed a check in the amount of $as specified in your letter of December 2, to the RevDex.com Please send me a receipt to the above address stating this bill is paid in full
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, Penelope [redacted] In response to the points raised by Mr [redacted] :The technician never said he had come on an emergency basis I asked to have the faucet replaced in the utility sink while he was there and was told by him and later by Bill that I would have to make another appointment for a separate service call Bill told me I would have have had to request the faucet replacement when I made the appointment for the repairThere are no boiler drains near the repair This is a specious comment The shock arrestor was simply installed incorrectly This fact was verified by the competent plumber who was able to correct this misplacement easily Bill clearly did not view the photos sent to the owner of Mid City Plumbing in my original complaint nor does he have a clear understanding of the layout of my home Bill did not personally see this incorrect installationThe plumber fully acknowledged he had most likely loosened the water supply connection in making this repair It was not a "manageable drip" but rather a nearly continuous stream that required frequent emptying of the container positioned under the sink to hold it until the connection could be restored to its original tight fit Again, Bill did not witness the situation nor does he apparently credit the words of his own technician who took full responsibility for the problemThere is no way to quantify the amount of water flooding the furnace room Bill did not personally witness the steady stream of water pouring onto the floor His comments trivialize the extent of the damage and do not take into account the possibility of future problems should mold result The technician also could not possibly know how much water had flooded the room and flowed under the buicabinet in the adjacent dining room for the entire time he worked in another area of the house The competent plumber who corrected this work had no difficulty in closing the valve on the furnace to prevent the leak and did so as a first step before he corrected the misplacement of the shock arrestorThere was never any mention of this being a "temporary fix" until Bill told me I would be charged both a travel fee and the standard hourly rate for the same plumber to return and correct his work when I expressed dissatisfaction with the repairFor the record, I have resided at this residence since March of I am by no means satisfied with this settlement My offer to pay for materials installed in my home is a fair one, given the fact that I had to pay another competent plumber to correct this work Because of family obligations and more pressing time commitments, I will accept the cost adjustment and expect a receipt stating the bill is paid in full on payment However, I ask that my complaint remain on the Revdex.com site to alert potential customers to the possible problems they may encounter if they do business with Mid City Plumbing This is not the service one expects from a business with an A+ rating with the Revdex.com
