The first year and a half everything seemed to be going good. Then I tried to make a reservation and was told that there was nothing available for a year. I then decided to get rid of Capital Resort. During this procedure Capital Resorts has drug their feet in responding to timeshare cures. What should of been fairly easy and quick has now taken over 6 months and they still aren't getting this taken care. I can only assume that are going to try to get another maintenance fee put of us. We already paid for a year which we didn't use because they said it had to be a full year available in order to do the sale. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

We got ours in December 2014 and was told that if my husbands current situation changed we could cancel. Tried to cancel and they told us it was a binding contract and we couldnt back out. Was mislead and we still owe the same amount as we did when we first purchased our points. Haven't used it one single time and they fee and dues are ridiculous. We've decided to let ours go back this month and take the hit on our credit. Tired of paying for something were never going to use. Big joke and waste of money. Totally misleading company.

We purchased a time share last year found out they totally misrepresented the product. Offered it back free just so we wouldn't be responsible for dues and maintenance I would never suggest to anyone they do business with this company. Be happy to get rid of my time share.

My mother and my aunt bought a timeshare together through Capital Resorts back in 2015 while on a trip to Branson, MO. They did not understand what they were buying and thought it was for a location in Branson. Salesman told them they would be able to come to that location in Branson. The contract they eventually signed though listed a location in Wisconsin at a water park. After purchasing the timeshare they asked about the location on the contract and was told it was for "inventory purposes" whatever that means and that they actually did not have a timeshare at a location but points that could be used at all their locations. The points are a complete waste of money as every time they try to use them they are told that the location is not available at that time they want or they do not have enough points. My biggest complaint is that if a location is listed on the contract then she should have access to that location at a certain time ever year. Trying to get answers from them is very hard. We are currently having a lawyer review the contract and might consider legal action as it seems they might be in violation of the contract.

This company is a joke tells a lot of lies.My husband a I stayed at the ocean villas in Biloxi Mississippi. We are displeased with the stay.The room is not updated on phone door are not secured.The toilet had blood on it. It was roaches at the door. TV was not working do not have a DVD player in the room. Was called on the phone before I got here to do a presentation I was told that we were supposed to get a gift after doing the presentation after presentation they told us we do not have a gift for you and your not in the computer they lied to us and told us that our Surrey vacation timeshare what's going up like $3,000 within a few months.

My best friend and I bought a time share through capital resorts back in Feb. 2016. We thought this would be perfect and a great way to save money because we travel so much! All this has done is cost us money and a huge headache. 9 times out of 10 when I call I get a voicemail. When I do get someone on the phone they at first could never find my account. My information is listed under my friends name and hers is listed under mine. They promised us 50.000 bonus points when we signed and it took almost over 6 months for them to just put it on our account. At one point we where even asked to send them our contract to prove we where offered the bonus points. Which I think should definitely never happen. When we got a copy of our contract they should have gotten a copy too! We have never been able to get back in touch with the office that sold us the time share. Most every time we call the computers are down. The one time we even tried to book a trip they came back and told us we could not even use our points for that trip. Every time we have tried to book something they tell us nothing is available. They took out our yearly maintenance fees a month early and caused trouble with my bank. An then when they call to offer us another free trip for a new owners meeting, the first one was a joke and all the did was try to sell us more points. We never even opened our laptops we where told to bring and no one showed us how to use everything. I mean it has been nothing but a huge disappointment. The money we have spent this last year in this company we could have paid for a trip overseas and not dealt with this chaos. We are currently trying to get out of this time share.

Overall I have had a positive experience with Capital Resorts. I bought in early 2015. I have made a few reservations in Branson and sent a guest to Maine for a few nights and even a friend to a S. Florida Beach over NYE. I have several reservations booked for summer 2016.

I am a planner and somewhat obsessively check availability. If something looks remotely good I book it and then check if I can make it work. If I can't I cancel. I definitely have a wish list of changes like individual online access to II and the ability to cancel and add guests name to a reservation online.

I liked the online chat feature. Lately it seems that it hasn't been available, but if I leave an off line message someone gets back to me in a timely manner to assist.

My husband and I went and did a tour back in September and ended up signing up to become a timeshare member. So they set up a payment plan for us to make the down payment(which until the down payment is paid you are not an official owner of the time share till that is paid in full). My husband and I have come across some financial burdens which are causing us to not be time share owners and are in need of the money that we put toward the down payment to pay our house payment so that we do not lose our home due to a time share that we saw was not going to be possible. I have been communicating with them about refunding our money so that we do not lose our home and we continue to get the run around from them. They are manually keying in the monthly payment for the down payment and continue to do so even after they said that they would take my card off of file so that no other payments would be made and still no refund. We are running out of time on being able to get the house payment paid on time, and them still not refunding the money that is owed back to us. I highly recommend that you do not have any dealing with this company at all due to the fact that they do not care if you have an issue where you could lose your home. All they care about is the fact that they are selling a time share and they are getting the money from it. They do not have a heart or any kind of compassion when some one is in need of money back that they were in hopes of becoming a time share owner. No one can predict a financial burden coming to them and they should be more understanding especially when they are not owners of the time share yet!!!!!!
