I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your
reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company claims to have issued a refund which is clearly incorrect. Attached are the lastest credit card statements in JPG format as proof. 1. "Initial Charge" JPG show's when I was charged $for my order.2. That and the next two statements in JPG format are proof that a refund was never issued from the same company for an amount of $105. I have blacked out the other companies on my credit card statement, but have left enough room for one to see that "*** **" aka CapitalPC.net never issued a refund
