Phone response - I do not make the springs, on a service call there is only a day warranty as that is what the manufacturer provides me

I had two garage door springs installed and replaced on 05/10/at full costThese particular door springs again needed replacement this year due to failureMy wife contacted Capital Overhead Doors as they did previous installationShe paid $for the replacement springs and labor on 10/04/ I contacted Capital Doors stating we had just replaced the springs in the previous yearTo my surprise I was informed the springs that needed replacement were inferiorHe essentially alluded shamelessly that it must have been a different company that did the install on 05/10/I added they had done the original install on 05/10/I was then informed they," wouldn't have used such a product" I was present during the install on 05/10/and have the actual statement marked, paid in fullAfter stating this fact, the Capital Overhead Doors representative stated," their springs come only with a thirty day warranty"I was then informed they consider the matter closed
