I never received any voice or email message from you or your company since I filed this complaint So as far as I am concerned this is your first and only response to my complaint I completely understand what happened; however, I asked your company to do another appraisal with another appraiser and your company refused I sent your company a recent appraisal completed 6/ Two of the sold comparable homes were the same on your appraiser's report Your appraiser's report also showed two "For Sale" homes which I sent as my comparable homes I asked the supervisor of the Capital One Home Loans why the appraiser was allowed to provide "For Sale" homes in his report, but I couldn't Also, how (as a private citizen) can I access comparable homes? I am not a real estate agent or appraiser, and that is why I asked for a second appraisal Nothing about our property has changed since 6/2016, when our appraisal was done, so why was there a $*** difference in valuations? No one could seem to explain this to me at your company I wasted weeks of effort and providing document after document, and even extra documents to be told that we were denied because your company hired an appraiser that didn't know what they were doing
All I am asking for, in return for wasting my time and effort, is that your company to take the hard credit inquiries either off of our credit reports or make them soft inquiriesWe will be applying elsewhere (a more reputable financial establishment) for a Home Equity Line of Credit It is the least Capital One can do for us after lying to us for weeks promising us over and over that we would be approved "no matter what"

Unfortunately, the merchant is not willing to resolve the issue and there is no other way than resolving this through the bankThere should be some sort of protection for a customer when using their bank card to pay for purchases and not putting their funds in jeopardy against a merchant like this one
Such an outcome is unacceptable that capital one is unable to pursue such a dispute and making their customer liable in a situation like this and not protecting their funds; as its not the same case with some of the other banks such as *** and *** ** ***

They didn't address the problem but skiped over it as usual at least by my experience. It took me or times to get Capital One to mail to us a hard copy of our monthly
statement. Their reply to this problem simply stated that I knew their policy which I acknowage. Exactly what I found out when I tried to use their rewards. That's why I complained in the first place. My complaint is why do they advertize DOUBLE the miles for each dollar spent when actually it takes TRIPLE the points to travel the same distance as othetr mileage plans require. For example it takes 12,miles to travel from Seattle to Raliegh where my daughter lives on other plans but with Capital One it takes *** *** miles with Capital One. Over times the amount! ThereFore Capital One is advertizing by saying twice the miles. Capital One did call me. I explained to them my problem with them. The Lady I talked to said THEY DID NOT LOOK into other plans when they set their milage but she would look into it and give me a call back. But true to the Capital One did not give me a call back!

I'm not satisfied
with the outcome of this investigationI feel that it's unreasonable for the company not to remove the day late payment flag when they acknowledge in the attached letter that there was an issue with my receiving my March statementAll I'm asking for is a goodwill adjustment since as soon as I was aware of the late payment I paid the amount due including fees immediatelyAfter I had brought the account up to date the company then reported me as being late. The flag has decreased my credit score by pointsI don't think I'm asking to much for a one time adjustment since there was obviously an issue with my receiving the statementFurther more a payment for may was taken from my account when I had a zero balance on the accountTheir system is not full proof.Sincerely,*** ***

There was no offer or resolution provided in the correspondence received by Capital. Again, I deposited $*** into the Capital ATM machine located inside of the *** *** at *** ** *** *** *** **. I watched my money go into the machine and was not given a receipt. As a result, I am out of $***. Capital One indicated that they have information indicating that I checked my balance at the specified ATM. That is correct. The balance inquiry was within seconds or minutes from the time the deposit was made. As Capital One can see from my account record, nothing else was done after the balance inquiry with the card. Why would I check the balance at an ATM machine if I wasn't making a withdrawal or a purchase. If they would check their ATM camera(s) (as I have provided a description), around the same time that the balance inquiry was made which is also the same time I contact Capital One representative to report the issue, they will find that the deposit was made at that machine. As a result of this Revdex.com complaint, this is the first time that Capital One provided me with a direct line to a representative regarding this issue [and I have contacted the representative]. Money cannot vanish into thin air --so saying that the machine balanced-- is not enough. Someone or Capital One stole the money. In any case, Capital One is liable. They should not be able to operate in *** ** if customers have to rely on using equipment that defaults and the customer loses as a result. My only resolution is to have my funds returned. In this case, Capital One reported the same, "the ATM machine balance" (I don't know what that means since I without a doubt deposited my money into the machine. I am a year-old woman that has worked for the State of *** for almost years. I have absolutely no reason to say I made a deposit if I didn't actually make the deposit. Capital One does not have brick and mortar banks in this area, so customers are almost forced to use the ATM machines for banking transactions.. It appears that there is an underlying purpose here; perhaps others are losing money as a result of the defaulted ATM machines that may not provide a receipt for cash deposits and Capital One response is "the machine balanced"???There is no indication that Capital One is utilizing it's own resources to investigate this issue: (Did they review the cameras to view the deposit being made based on the date/time I was at the machine; *** also has a camera located near the machine; did they check other customers who used the machine that day--were the funds mis-directed; are there defaulted areas on the machine--areas where the money may go and not be considered in the balancing; did the question or evaluate the individual who removes and/or balances the machines--none of that information has been revealed by Capital One)

from your files any negative reference concerning this accountCapital One does not have the authority to ignore *** is in violation *** on
Capital One behalf* bought the rights to a 100% verifiable debt
and to collect within legal guidelines If this matter is not
updated or deleted, I will continue with filing complaints with ***

I cut up my credit cards because they said my account was deactivated. They are trying to reactivate my account and take the charges off and not return me my $285.43. I am not willing to reopen my account. I would like for them to mail me a check for the amount I had to pay in. Thank you
