Capital North Lending

Review: I was promised a $5,000 loan with the collateral payment of $600 up front which I sent via [redacted] on June 13, 2013. On June 14, 2013 imagine my surprise when there was absolutely NO money in my account. I then contacted my "Loan" representative [redacted] ext [redacted] at the number provided (###-###-####) and she put me on considerable hold trying to find out why my money was absent. When she informed me that first time loan applicants and qualifiers MUST pay the loan insurance fee (an additional $600 she advised me for the $5,000 loan) I scrambled to pay the fee - again via Western Union. A short while after [redacted] assured me that all was good and I should receive my funds within a few hours. Later on the 14th I STILL don't have a deposit in my account and suddenly a completely new person by the name of '[redacted] contacts me. She informs me that [redacted] had no authorization to minimize my loan to $5,000, in actuality I had qualified for the $10,000 loan and that lesser loans were not issued or authorized through their company. [redacted] informed me that in order to further "secure" my larger loan I needed to send ANOTHER $900 and I stated to her that I wanted in writing a new loan agreement - which she could not produce until Monday June 16, 2013 due to the 'legal department' going home for the evening. She was very persistent in that she stayed very late to help us out and by the time the final western union transfer of $900 was cleared it was "too late" to deposit the loan money into my account. I still have no proper loan documents for a $10,000 loan, NOR do I have confirmation that any of the money I have sent has gone to an actual company, [redacted] customer service reps informed myself and my boyfriend that the green "Send Money" forms do not go to a business or a registered company but a PERSONAL ACCOUNT. The New York Secretary of State has no listing for this company and yet they cite a NY address and they are required by law to register for tax purposes. Scam.Desired Settlement: I would like my $2050 in Advance Fees I paid, also the $33 each time I had to wire more money in, a total of 3 times ( $99) all in Canadian funds.I would also like to see that this company is shut down and is no longer able to do this to anyone else.
