Please be advised that this has been investigated thoroughly and there are highly sensitive and private matters that we will not disclose regarding potential borrowers financial situations:This borrower was given a pre approval based on specific statements and documentation provided by her.As all
lenders are required to do we run credit, do an appraisal of the property and re verify ALL statements and documentation prior to issuance of a final approval.In short, the full time hourly work weeks that the borrower disclosed came up short on her pay stubs and re verified as coming up short of full time employment.even at this point we called the borrower to disclose what we had verified and came up with a solution for approvalwe would need days of full time pay stubs.it was indicated to us that the borrower was on vacation and would not be working full time so we could not get what was required.As far as the statement of denial, termination or change letter for the borrower to the Real Estate Broker, that letter was issued and the borrower is entitled to their EMD being returned.We are in business to close loans and have no motivation not to do so, however we have to verify and re verify all statements that borrowers make in order to have final loan approval.I hope that this shed's light on this matter and while we understand the borrowers frustration, everything on our end was processed per standard guidelinesThank you
