Capital Hot Tubs & Saunas

I contacted Capital Hot Tub and asked them to diagnose and repair my hot tub. They sent a technician and told me the charge would be $165.00 and I would receive a report and an estimate for the repair. I paid the $165.00 and they disappeared for 2 weeks with no contact. I called and was told they were working to see if they could get "the part" for the repair. After another week, I called again and they said "Oh, we can't repair it". I asked for the part # so I could procure it on my own. They couldn't give it to me (because they didn't have it and did no actual work and probably weren't even trying to get it). I received nothing of value for this transaction. No estimate. No diagnosis. No part #. I asked for a refund and they said no. This is very unfair and dishonest business practices.

I have been trying to resolve an issue for 5 months. Capital HOt Tubs delivered a Hot Tub I can not use, I immediately contacted them for an exchange which they agreed to but it has not completed and now they refuse to correspond with me.
