Despite that, 41 days later I received a virtually identical junk fax from Capital Funds Network, differing only in the dates mentioned in the ad. They have sent two unsolicited faxes in the last two days. On May 6 and May 7 I received identical faxes offering business loans. I have no relationship with this company and do not want faxes from them. Fax machine toner is not free and they have no right to use it absent my express permission.Sending faxes is regulated by law and their use is not covered. On the fax is a number to call to remove your number from their database, however it is a "BOGUS" number at best as it does not work. When calling this number XXX-XXX-XXXX, you get a recording that says something to the effect of: "Your number will be removed from our calling list", then you continue to receive fax calls. This leads me to believe this company is running a scam to get personal information for who knows what purpose.Desired Settlement: Cease operations or if, in fact, the company is legitimate I would like to know where they got my number. If these are really robo calls an explanation of why this company thinks Federal law does not apply to them would be in order.
