I am rejecting this response because:This is incorrectOur business was completed with *** *** as soon as they received vehicle back and refunded the down paymentCapital Finance should have refunded our money months agoThis is border line car fraudCapital finance is holding me accontable for a vehicle that *** *** signed for and that *** *** already sold, and is reporting it on my credit when its not mineThe vehicle has a lein by Capital Finance and they made the statment who owes them money *** *** so why make me wait for funds?

[redacted] just paid the loan off. We have returned Mr. [redacted] his money.

We are waiting on [redacted] to pay off the loan which they said they would do on Friday, March 6, 2015. As soon as the loan is paid off we will refund Mr [redacted] any and all money that is owed to him. This complaint should not be against Capital Finance. This complaint should be filed against [redacted]...

[redacted] due to them not paying off the customer's account in full. We have removed the trade line/our loan from Mr [redacted]'s credit report. All we are waiting for now is the balance on the account that the car dealer owes us.

I am rejecting this response because:I have received several emails from [redacted] tell me that our money is in the mail. It was supposed to have ben mailed out Monday the 9th of March 2015 here it is the 13th and still no check. I asked [redacted] for the tracking number he said it was mailed regular mail I have never seem a business mail money without being able to track it. Even so the mail usually takes 3 days. It has been 10 and we have not received the check.
