Review: I [redacted] paid capital fence almost five thousand dollars to install front and back fence for me in which some of the boards had a bunch of cracks ,**. [redacted] told me he was getting tick off because of the fact I call them back to change the boards that were bad.He tried to speak to me like a bullie on the phone trying to scare me in which, I had to stand up and show him I m not scared of his voice so I hired an attorney to show him I m not playing with him .His contract states 3 yrs on work but he wants to play games took my money and gave me poor work,but that dont fly with me.Desired Settlement: I want **.[redacted] to pay me back my lawyer fees and bring my fence up to the standard we agree in the contract too.

First, let us apologize for not responding to your first notice of this customer's complaint. For some reason we did not see it come through the email system the first time, we may have deleted it when we were deleting the numerous junk emails that we receive every day. We do sincerely apologize for this oversight.

We want to let you know that we are working on this and We have talked with this customer from the beginning of the project almost on a daily basis. We are now awaiting a letter from the customer's lawyer and once we receive it we will forward it onto to you. We will re-address this complaint once we get this letter from the lawyer. We will be in touch again soon. Please let us know if you need anything additional in the mean time.
