Part ordered did not match the part researched on internet that should fit lawn ***I contacted company within the required amount of time (days)I was told to return the part at my own expense, which I didHowever, when reimbursed, 40% of my money was not returnedA note in PayPal stated that there was a 20% "restocking fee"This restocking fee is NOT listed on the return information on the website or in the email received from the companyI emailed the company to ask for resolution and return my moneyThe complaint was ignored and was never responded toThis company owes me my money back!
