Review: Several fee's including an annual fee are now being add to my account after 90 days have gone by, none of which were explained by sales person ([redacted]) at time of singing up. Our paperwork says no contract on it and several items are crossed out with no numbers next to them but the people at customer service say that there are amounts on the form they have. Another issue is a contract being in enforced on us (with a $599 termination fee) where no contract was written by the sales person on the copy I have. I have tried to contact our sales person several times. To this date I have had no success with this.Desired Settlement: Release from this business and all fee's stopped and returned.
