Review: On Jan **, 2016 I made an online purchase of a Wood Greenhouse Kit Colonial Gable 8 x 12 - Little Cottage, Order # budgetpackaging-com-11447, for an Advertised Sale Price of

$2,800.00. I got a call saying the girl at the company made a mistake pricing this item and the item would cost another $2,000.00+. I checked the Website while on the phone with a man 'Angelo' who said he was the owner of the company, and I told him the Sale Price was still shown on their Website. I stated, after he told me the item would cost the addition fundss, that just because his Sale Pricing associate made a mistake, it doesn't take away from the Website Advertisement that the item is on Sale and it is false advertising if the item is not on Sale. He insisted that he wouldn't sell me the item at the Sale Price because his pricing associate made a mistake.Desired Settlement: I want a satisfactory delivery of the item that I purchased at the advertised Sale price.

There are five different size greenhouses, one of which was smaller than what the customer had ordered and the rest will larger. I explained to the customer that there's a $2000 difference between smaller greenhouse and the one he purchase. I apologize to him and explained that the prices that were inserted were in obvious mistake, there is an obvious discrepancy in price and that it was not a sale price simply honest mistake. He refused to even listen to my explanation. I continued to explain to him that we did not intend to deceive or misrepresent the product in any way. It was simply an honest mistake. He didn't care. He just wanted to capitalize on a honest mistake. In our disclaimers. I explained to him there are times that mistakes are made and we hope that the disclaimer gives a little clarification and protects us from simple mistakes like this one. Review: Purchased a Carpet exstractor back in November, and still have not recieved it. Order #[redacted]. It was suppose to only take 3-4- weeks. I have spoke to an Angelo twice weekly since 12-**-14. He continues to tell me excuses and that he will call back with information, (never returns calls)I leave e-mails (never returns e-mails)the last two times I spoke to him, he has said it has been shipped, now it bas been over 2 weeks, and he annot give me a tracking number. This guy sure sounds like he is running a fraudulent company. Your help will be appreciated, thanks timDesired Settlement: Either ship the product or refund the money.

Review: On November **, 2015 I purchased a 12x24 wood storage shed kit from BudgetPackaging.com (aka [redacted]). The shed was never delivered to me. After dozens of calls to the company, I spoke with Angelo, the owner, who told me that the shed would be delivered the first week of January 2016. The shed was not delivered. I was able to reach Mr. Angelo again (19 of 20 calls go to his voice mail, and he never returns calls), and he assured me that he would send a refund. That was in mid-January. No refund was ever received. I contacted him again, and he assured me (around January **) that he would send the check that day. The company received $2,795 from me and I have had to pay contractors to work on the assumption the shed would arrive. My out of pocket costs are approximately $4,000. Angelo makes promises but does not follow through on them, and appears to be doing nothing to return my money or deliver the product I paid for.Desired Settlement: $4,000: $2,795 paid to the Company for the product that was never delivered; $200 for costs paid to contractors; $1,000 for damages

The response is incorrect. The owner never told me the shed was not available -- I challenge him to provide any evidence (email, text, any written correspondence) substantiating that claim.The owner took my money and held it for nearly four months. He rarely answers the "business phone", almost never returns messages, and lies about nearly everything.I have received a refund after having my credit card company contact the seller and after speaking with the police department in his county. Without that action and the help of the Revdex.com, the company would still be sitting on my money.I believe that this company is a fraud, and that the owner is a common thief.

I recently contacted Budget Packaging about a particular product they carry and got a really quick response. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, which lead me to purchase a small gazebo kit from their site. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
