We hired this company to assure that an older deck was built sufficiently to handle our current needs. During the maneuvering of the new lumber the workers damaged a downspout. The company agreed to replace the damaged section. We did not know the color of the two year old gutter so we referred them to the installer. A short while later a wrapped section of downspout was dropped off and a crew came out to replace the dented section. The color was wrong but Capitol Construction Services installed it anyway and did so with the seam showing instead of against the house and the clean out is missing. We are now waiting for the gutter company to replace the downspout. We are also concerned that three of the four supports that were installed are hanging in air. Today on one hour notice they wanted to repair that issue. We told them that was not going to work. It was impossible for someone to give them access so they simply left the wedges they planned to use on the front porch. Think twice before hiring this company.
