However, understand that the agent is located in Ireland and the customer may not have any means to communicate with them. have attempted to reach out to the customer as well with the intention of facilitating his refund, unfortunately client could not be reached yet. Review: The hostel cancelled my reservation just two days before I was supposed to arrive. It is impossible to find another place to stay for my friends and I as everything is full for Colombus week-end.A deposit has already been paid and it is currently impossible to know how I will be refund.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my deposit that comes to twenty eight dollars and seven cents.
