Capital City Signs

The Client Mr [redacted] is not telling the truth and we have documentation of the entire process.It started with the Property management asking us to deal with the client directly as she was having difficulty.We proposed the cost for sign and artwork to the clientHe accepted and we proceeded.We provided a design for him based on the sign criteria set forth by property management.He said that will not work and provided some basic guidelines from his corporate office.After several attempts at designing drafts that meet the Property guidelines, we were unable to satisfy him or his corporate office.After my staff had a few conversation with Mr [redacted] he decided to cancel the orderWe informed him of the artwork charges incurred and we would refund the balance.We sent him the refund balance and he obviously didn't agreeWithout further contact he arbitrarily contacted his Credit card company and requested a chargeback.We received the chargeback and that's when I followed up with my phone call to himI asked him why he did this when we sent him back the refundHe said "I didn't cash it".I indicated that this cost us money for his actions and he hung up on meI emailed him right after...See below: Mr [redacted] ***, I confirmed the check was not processedI want to confirm that you not willing to pay for all the art time we did on your behalf?This was ordered and requested by you.You know corporate and yourself could not decide on the final design so you canceled the order.This was not our fault that your organization and property management could not agree on a designBy taking this course of action, You have now caused additional staff time and charges being incurredPlease reconsider before additional action is takenSincerely[redacted] PresidentCapital City Signs, Inc.www.capitalcitysigns.com [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because We did receive the proof from Capital Signs but would not indicate what our corporate office needed(Measurements) We just hired a company and within a couple weeks they were able to get it approved from our Corporate officeThis company had more than three months and still didn't submit what my corporate office needed
