provided a design for him based on the sign criteria set forth by property management.He said that will not work and provided some basic guidelines from his corporate office.After several attempts at designing drafts that meet the Property guidelines, we were unable to satisfy him or his corporate office.After my staff had a  few conversation with Mr. [redacted] he decided to cancel the order. We informed him of the artwork charges incurred and we would refund the balance.We sent him the refund balance and he obviously didn't agree. Without further contact he arbitrarily contacted his Credit card company and requested a chargeback.We received the chargeback and that's when I followed up with my phone call to him. I asked him why he did this when we sent him back the refund. He said "I didn't cash it".I indicated that this cost us money for his actions and he hung up on me. I am rejecting this response because We did receive the proof from Capital Signs but would not indicate what our corporate office needed(Measurements) . We just hired a company and within a couple weeks they were able to get it approved from our Corporate office. This company had more than three months and still didn't submit what my corporate office needed.
