My husband and I recently made an auction purchase for what was supposed to be a
queen size mattress. My husband picked it up in a vacuum sealed bag. They said it would expand. It was supposed to be a Zinus memory foam 12 in queen mattress. Upon getting it home we soon realized it was clearly a twin mattress. We have made numerous attempts to cal and email this auction service. We have received no response. One number rings without answer and the other states full mailbox. The third number said it was changed but won’t give new number. Not sure what to do at this point. Would appreciate some input because at this point we feel like we have been scammed.
Good Morning If you could tell me what auction manager you purchased from I will deal with them not returning your call. We get hundreds of these mattresses in in all sizes and would have no problem making an exchange for you. Please contact the warehouse manager Steve 614-397-87. In the future a Revdex.com complaint is not the way to go. Our terms are pretty clear. Thank you

I have not had a bad experience over the past year. I consistently purchase things through the auction and have never been disappointed. Anytime there is an legitimate issue they do their best to make it right. I have no problem recommending this site to my friends and family and I have over the past year. Great place to find a great deal. Staff is always willing to help you out as much as possible.
