Bought my condo on faith that the builder fixed all the items on the inspection reportThe main one was inadequate insulationI just had a pipe burst in the sprinkler system that flooded my condoUpon inspection from the sprinkler company, there was NO insulation on this pipe that burstIt was just lying underneath the duct work and no other insulation was thereAlso, I have had the insulation inspected and none of the sprinkler system pipes are insulated correctly and my entire home is not insulated well at allWondering how it ever passed codesThere are spots where there is NO insulation and it is sparse where there is someThis should've been taken care of before closing, but I took them at their word and now I am suffering the consequences and ultimately extra costI also closed on the condo EARLY at the request of the company to help them out Product_Or_Service: Condo

I closed on my home on 4/8/Repairs from final walkthrough and yr inspection with *** *** still pending despite my attempts to coordinate
Signed final inspection form from 4/7/still has outstanding items that have not been repaired (1- Cabinetry: corner molding from dining area, crack in pantry side, soft close drawers not closing correctly, crack under kitchen sink, master bath vanity door; 2- Nail pops in master bath ceiling; 3- Crack in ceiling near master bedroom door; 4-Re-center sprinkler covers throughout)I attempted to coordinate repairs several times with *** and his appointed repair man however there was a lack of follow through following closingIt took several attempts to reach *** after punch list person not respondingOn December 13, *** made a list of which I have an image and the following items never addressed: 1- cabinets (repairs outstanding from closing), 2- back door repair, 3- shower door (*significant leakage from guest bathroom- door ne
