Review: I purchased a vehicle from Capital City cars in November of 2013. I received a license plate and temporary registration at that time. I contacted Penndot about my registration and they informed me that the paperwork for my car was never submitted from the dealership.Desired Settlement: For the dealership to provide my paperwork to Penndot in order for me to get the title and registration for my vehicle.
