Capital City Appliance Service

I contacted Frigidaire for service, they referred me to this company. After they referred me to them for warranty service I called. Initially the young lady I spoke to was nice enough and I was told they would call me back when they got the request. Frigidaire said they would be out the following day 10/27, when they did call me back she said they weren't available until the following week. I initially wasn't upset but said please let me call back after calling Frigidaire to see if I could get another service provider earlier. Then if not I would keep my appointment. Jenna instantly got very rude, she began yelling at me and telling me she would cancel my appointment. I tried explaining why I wanted to keep it and promised I would call back if I scheduled someone else. She yelled that it was already cancelled and it was "my own fault"? Anyway when she treated me this way I stayed calm but mentioned that I would be reporting her specifically the attorney generals office, she then threatened me and became irrational and yelled even louder. At that point I ended the call. Frankly I have never been treated like this before especially by someone representing their company. There is a reason that this company only have 2 stars on Google. Be ware this company before scheduling, I wouldn't trust anyone in my home that treats their customers this way!

The same technician has been out every time, so I feel comfortable letting him into my home to work on the issue. Jerry P. is courteous, and quick to get the job done right. I've never had to call them back to fix something they just worked on. I will continue to use them for all my appliance repair needs.

He always take care in doing what he has to do being that we have had to do floor repairs from previous repairmen sent from various companies. Capital City Appliance has come out to my house on 3 occasions for warranty repair. once for my frig and twice for a microwave oven that required an additional part. On all 3 occasions the repairman was prompt, called ahead with an estimated arrival time, and was very courteous. the maintenance was done quickly and efficiently and corrected the problem. I would strongly recommend Capitol City in the future. I would also like to commend Jerry P. personally for his neat work, his professional appearance and attitude. it was a pleasure He also took the time to point out a few tips on proper operation of the refrigerator and microwave.
