Review: I brought a starter in to have it rebuilt. They put in incorrect used parts which left me with a starter that actually turns in the wrong direction. Additionally they painted parts of the starter that need to be bare for the starter to work correctly, and they did not change the old worn out bushings. They also did not replace the brushes that they were supposed to replace as part of a rebuild. Additionally they put in a used armature that was not the correct size. And finally they used the wrong bolt to hold the starter together. They forced the bolt and it was sheared off as a result. They told me that they would give me a refund, but now the owner has told me that their will be no refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. They lied about the work that they did, and nothing is correct. The starter does not even spin in the correct direction.
