Capital Appliance Repair

I'm concerned this is not a legitimate business.
The listed address is not for this business but a different one.
They came to take a look at our refrigerator on Sunday, not in a company car, and diagnosed our issue as a failed compressor and charged $65. They said they don't do compressors but will get us an estimate (~$250 they said), ship the parts to our house (we pay up front) and then they'd contract a third party to do the installation once the parts arrive. They said they'd call with the estimate and the recommendation Monday or Tuesday. I called Tuesday, they said they'd get back to me Wednesday. My husband called Wednesday and they said they'd get back to us Thursday.
We gave up with them and called another company who said compressors cost way more than that and asked what company gave us this information. When we said Capital Appliance Repair, he said he first heard of this company this week with a similar complaint.
