Won't return phone calls or repair ice machineI paid $80 on 7/29/14 for them to look at my ice maker. They told me to call back if the fix didn't work. It didn't. I made 11 phone calls and left 11 messages between 7/29 and 11/24/14. They called back one time and left a message. The $80 is supposed to go towards the fixing of the ice maker.Desired SettlementEither come fix my ice maker of refund the $80. Or at the very least, give me a phone call back!
Assigned personnel falsely diagnosed my appliance's issue. Manager promised to refund service fee, but was not received, attempted to call no responseDec.19Repair personnel: [redacted]Manager: [redacted] wrongfully diagnosed the issue with my washer, resulted a wrong part was ordered per his recommendation ([redacted]). I called his direct supervisor to complain the issue. I even attempted to go to the supposedly "office" location myself to have a word with the appropriate personnel, however, I found myself standing in front of a [redacted] office. I also tried the second address associated with this business, and again it is a [redacted] store instead of the Capital Appliance Repair address indicated on the major websites. Couple of days later, after my constant calling, Manager [redacted] was finally reached and he had promised he will issue a refund check to compensate for the inconveniences his employee has caused me. [redacted] promised the check will be mailed on the next day but I have not received anything from this particular company. I tried reaching [redacted] multiple times and his assistant kept saying he is out of office or any other excuse you can imagine. I attempted contacting [redacted] both via phone call and text message. The only response I received was [redacted]'s "Sorry I no longer work for the company."No word from [redacted] since. Desired SettlementWritten apology for customer negligence.Immediate refund issue back to us.
