I took my two dogs to their facility on September 28 for some tests and treatments. I was told Beretta had heartworm. When the labs came back, they stated my other dog Mochi was the one that tested positive for heartworm. I questioned it because I thought there may be some confusion on the matter. Dr. Lonnie said to be safe go ahead and bring them back and they will rerun the test and the test would be no charge to me for the error. The follow up was today and Dr. Lonnie was not there today and Dr. Hearing came out to me and was upset saying I questioned his team, which I did not. When he did the test he threw it in my car and told me "see it is positive." The whole situation was handled incredibly wrong.
