At this time, I have been contacted directly by Santiego Moving & Storage Co. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They have agreed to pay us a smaller portion of the claim amount, but now for going on days have failed to issue us a
check or tell us when they will do so We email them EVERY DAY and they give us NO ANSWER
