This customer was totally uncooperative with the office and technicians, not only did he call the office multiple times and harass and swear at not only the office, he also called a technician on his personal cell multiple times harassing him on his time offWe ordered the part that the [redacted] techline told the technician to order, unfortunately we cannot control when parts come in damaged, we do our best to inspect them before we schedule service for customersTypically doors do take 6-weeks to come in, this one happened to be in stock and we had it shipped out as soon as possibleWe did not want schedule service in advance without first receiving the part and inspecting it to make sure it was not damagedUnfortunately nothing we could do was going to make this customer happy so the best thing for both parties involved was for him to find a different servicer
One part was instated on TuesdayMachine needs two parts to complete the repairRepair person said he would expedite the orderNo word since then. Have to reject, as the repair is not completeWill accept once that is done

Typically doors do take 6-8 weeks to come in, this one happened to be in stock and we had it shipped out as soon as possible. We did not want schedule service in advance without first receiving the part and inspecting it to make sure it was not damaged. Unfortunately nothing we could do was going to make this customer happy so the best thing for both parties involved was for him to find a different servicer.
Customers second part has come in and he has been scheduled for installation.
