hello Revdex.com,called customer to issue refund,customer cancelled card,refund can only be issued to card number that customer made the initial transaction on.we do have a no refunds policy( attached),customer verbally agrees to policy on phone sales,customer did not show up for event,ship was sold out.we held spaces for customer as they drove around looking for parking spot,customer gave up looking for parking and choose to leave town and not attend event of their own free will

hello customer,sea conditions were well within safe operating zone for the date you selected.moderate seas 2-feet.your story is exaggerated and only held by your party from the date of this cruise.may we suggest you look at the marine forcast next time you choose to go on an open ocean voyge such
as a whale watch.also many people have great results with an over the counter motion tablet.this might be advisable for people such your self that are susceptible to motion sickness.thanks for joining us capn fishs cruises
