Cap-it Kamloops

We have had lots of trouble with an expensive, top of the line canopy we bought here.The owner/manager is not very helpful in dealing with warranty issues and has come up with totally false statements to avoid doing any warranty claims.Good thing we have all our receipts with the dates recorded for all transactions. The quality of the workmanship installing our canopy was terrible, fit and finish of the installed product was poor, and they damaged the product with the fork lift while installing it. Their appointments have never been on time, and it took 8 months to get parts to repair the damage, which were all very common products used in the canopy. Owner/manager tries to blame everything on the canopy manufacturer, who is impossible to contact,apparently. But given the false info. he has given us as excuses, I would avoid[redacted]

Went to cap-it Kamloops loved the staff vary hands on and helpful. The reason I went to cap-it in the first place was to get my fog lights replaced with rigid lights, they sold me the lights at a vary good price. Next the install went great vary clean, and had a nice wattling room with free coffee. I would definitely go back for more work.
