After purchasing several of their products more than half ceased to work after about monthsI contacted their customer support which is only available through their appThe support had me try several things none of which workedI then asked that they replace one of the items bought and for a refund for the remaining items that no longer workedI told them I would wait for three days before placing a complaint with the Revdex.comI'm still waiting

Review: CAO Gadgets discouraged me from purchasing this item through Amazon.com - and demanded I use Shopify.com. I purchased several tags and tag managers from CAO Gadgets. Currently, their products are used to monitor my mother, who is 82 years old. Immediately, their products showed a number of defects. When we requested refunds, they refused and promised to work out the kinks with us and even offered to provide beta products for us to test. They supported those defects for a period of time then began ignoring ongoing support questions and requests after claiming they're only "legally required to support products for 30 days." Since then, they added a notification 60 day guarantee on their products and a one year limited warranty to their web site. Bear in mind our product claims and defects have been occurring since the first day of use, immediately upon receipt. Although the products did show defects, they are unique in the market place and we were willing to work with CAO, so long as they continued to be cooperative. When contacted [redacted] Cao about the defects for support but he eventually refused to help us and began behaving quite abusively in emails toward us, threatening to "burn out your tags." Mr. Cao's wife then called our home and threatened to "turn off all your tags," which they eventually did, if we didn't send money for the tags we exchanged for the defective ones. Although no refund was requested, Mr. Cao sent emails claiming to have processed refunds with Shopify which we never received. Shopify.com tells us no refund was requested by CAO to us and directed us back to CAO Gadgets, who continues to ignore us. Bear in mind we never received any products for free but had always returned defective items, per Mr. Cao's instructions, with a CAO Gadget supplied return label, in exchange for new, supposedly corrected ones. Eventually, Mr. Cao used his technical knowledge of our installation to turn off all our products.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement and correction of all defective products is all we would like.
