Canyon Windshield Repair

After I have fixed the windshield for the first time I did warrenty it so I did come out and fix it for him again [redacted] and I have spoke several times and [redacted] keeps on changing his stories about the windshieldUpon inspection of the windshield it seems to have been broken from the inside which is very unusual especially to have happened now two times [redacted] is claiming that this is a glass issue I have used a different manufacturer to try to eliminate the possibility of it being a glass issueAt this time I have replaced the windshield twice and there is nothing more I can do for ***Thank you,Steve W***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: warranty work was only done onceI talked with the secretary twice, first time was to schedule the warranty work and the second time was to try and schedule to get the windshield replaced againThat was when she said they were having issues in their warehouseI assumed employeesI believe I have only spoke with the owner twice as wellThe first time when he replaced the original windshield and the other time when he said he can't help me any moreMy story has never changed! Everything in my original report is what I have told the owner and the secretaryAttached is a picture of the defective windshieldSince the owner wouldn't come out to see it, I included it in hereThe cracks starts on the inside on the edge where it is sealedThere is no way for me to damage it accidentally or intentionallyI am more than happy to take the car to be inspected by anyone chosen by the Revdex.comThe picture shows the crack, but the camera can't focus on where it started Sincerely, [redacted]
