I do apologize for the initial response not arriving in a timely fashion I called into the Revdex.com immediately upon receipt of the complaint I informed the representitive that during my auditing prior to the end of December I had already taken care of this patients account I wished that the patient would have contacted me prior to making the complaint because I would have informed them that I sincerely apologize for the error and their account is correctedAgain, I do apologize for the delayed response This patients account is in good standing with a zero balance with our office For future information please know that I as the office manager preforms a monthly audit of all accounts in the office Sometimes I miss one and it carries over causing the patient to receive a balance due letter in error I try my best to make sure this happens very few and far in-betweenHere at Canyon Vista Dental Group it is our standard to try to take care of our patients concerns with the upmost professional approach I appreciate your helping to resolve this patients concern and hope that going forward this patient will feel comfortable in contacting our office to attempt to resolve any issues that may arise.Best regards, [redacted] Operations ManagerCanyon Vista Dental Group [redacted]
