RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I left a forwarding address at the apartment office before I left for deployment and even sent an email from my command for the forwarding address. I never received any ledger from the apartment office by mail. If they sent it before they can send it again. [redacted] , [redacted] I also still need the return for the insurance that I was charged for the past year after I provided proof of insurance to them. That they bought the apartment complex from someone else is non of my business all I ask is my my money back. Regards, [redacted]

Dear *** ***,We have reviewed the statement and determined the following: Our records indicate that a move out statement was sent to the resident’s last address known. Since a forwarding address was not provided nor the post office notified of the change of address, the statement
was sent to the apartment vacated at Canyon Villa unit 264. Our policy is to process all move out statements within days from the actual move out dateAs a result, the resident statement was mailed on 2/8/17. We have fully informed the resident that if a full ledger of her residency at Canyon Villa is requested, AMC would need to be contacted for anything before 12/1/16. MG property group took over the community on this dateThe resident was also informed to contact AMC should a refund on rental insurance also be requested. At this time amount of $has not been paid and is due in full.
