There was a complaint from a previous customer regarding a transaction that was
done July 30,2012 for the price of $6500. His claim was that the plates that he acquired from us 
were fake.
I sold a set of 12 ceramic plates on July 16, 2013 for the price of...

$5700.00,not for the price or 
the date that he claims. These same plates were and are being advertised at eBay and other websites 
for more money up to this date.
I have proof of payment it is $500.00 check for #[redacted] on July 30, 2012. Second check was for the 
amount of $5200.00 on Aug 30,2012, check #[redacted].
I did not offer to return the money to him because the plates are not forgeries (look at the 
references attached) and it was not an and that I did not want to work with him to recuperate some 
of the money or amounts that he requested. Like I mentioned before the total that he paid was $5700 
(look above for details on dates and amounts).
I did offer to sell the plates for him but he refused to accept my offer. I mentioned to him that 
the plates could be sold for a slightly less amount that what he had paid. Since I had paid 
previously costs and commissions and I also mentioned that the market was softer than 18 months 
ago. The reason that I did not offer to return the money was because I wanted to show him they were 
not forgeries. (Look at the references that I am making available) I asked him for patience since 
the people that sold them to me had moved. I had to find them to ask them which auction house they 
had bought them from in the United States. He did not want to share any patience with the matter.
I also mentioned to him after he threatened my business with attorneys that there was no sense in 
involving attorneys because it was costly.That's when he mentioned that he was an LLC president and 
he had attorneys at his disposition. I do not have that luxury I am a small business owner. I knew 
that with the right time I could prove that the same plates were being sold for more money.
To the contrary to his claim I always answer my phone at my business.
My business has been dealing with eBay for close to 10 years and I believe that I had 1 complaint or 
none with Revdex.com. My rating is 100% of no complaints this is the first time encounter someone who is 
trying to intimidate my business for a bad decision that they made and finding excuses to get 
reimbursed 18 months later.
