Hello, Attached please find an email correspondence on March 16, 2017 making her aware that the military paperwork provided was approved and she and her husband [redacted] would be able to break their lease with no accompanying fee's. leave more questions than answers, due to the fact that the military paper work brought to the office was not the original paperwork and was of poor picture quality. What was brought to the office was a printed picture of a form that appeared to have been taken from a cell phone. The paperwork provided was not by direction of a commanding officer, and its authenticity could not be verified as it was not the original form. [redacted] was asked if she could bring in the original form or provide contact information for military recruitment personal; neither were provided. The military form was approved and the residents were informed. We made the decision to approve the lease break with no fees, with Regional Manager approval and after speaking with a military investigator who was conducting the background for [redacted]. The original military form or any other original supporting documents were never provided. We are glad to assist with any further information that is needed, and wish well for the Bailey family in their upcoming move.
