Canyon Chase Apartments

Upon moving out of the apartment complex, they informed us that we would have to pay an additional $600. I feel this bill is trumped up and outside of the original contract that we agreed to. They're trying to charges for the carpet while I know for a fact being a former Renter there, that they automatically Replace carpet for every unit that is rented. They are trying to charges over a $100 for allegedly not returning keys for mail Box and gym The keys were left in the apartment, even if they weren't I find it offensive to try to charge someone over a $100 for 2 keys to be made. We paid pet insurance To ensure that we would not have to make some huge payment at the end. Again I find the bill that they're trying to charge us to be trumped up and outside the law.
