EVERYTHING in that response is completely falseI never used ANY foul language, saying I "cussed them out." And my own father calls me crazy?? WowThis business is completely fraudulentTheir entire response was fabricated because they can't accept the fact that they are a ghetto chop shopJust like the day this incident occured- they were "offended" that anyone dare call them and tell them they don't know what they're doingWhen I reached out to Canyon Auto informing them an AUTHORIZED VW mechanic said they DAMAGED my breaks, it was like I took their manhood awayThat's how their uneducated so-called manager reactedAnd refused a refund to meTill this day, I still have the damaged, cheap breaks they put on my car sitting in my truckI agreed to their terms, bringing in an invoice of new services due to their negligence and yet they still REFUSED TO refund meThey must of thought I was bluffing and when they realized I wasn't that's when they stopped communicating with meWhy in the world would I take this issue this far if all they asked for was proof and I have it?? Because everything they're saying is a LIEThey refuse to acknowledge their mistakeAnd absolutely I've taken legal action alreadyAlmost $they scammed from me

like the day this incident occured- they were "offended" that anyone dare call them and tell them they don't know what they're doing. When I reached out to Canyon Auto informing them an AUTHORIZED VW mechanic said they DAMAGED my breaks, it was like I took their manhood away. That's how their uneducated so-called manager reacted. And refused a refund to me. Till this day, I still have the damaged, cheap breaks they put on my car sitting in my truck. I agreed to their terms, bringing in an invoice of new services due to their negligence and yet they still REFUSED TO refund me. They must of thought I was bluffing and when they realized I wasn't that's when they stopped communicating with me. Why in the world would I take this issue this far if all they asked for was proof and I have it?? Because everything they're saying is a LIE. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake. And absolutely I've taken legal action already. Almost $400 they scammed from me.
I walked into the store and explained what was happening with my car. The mechanic simply asked a few questions and was able to instantly determine the source of the problem. My car was fixed within two days. All employees were kind and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
