Review: You still have not completed my order weeks after it was placed. I ordered 4 canvas prints of the same size tom the same image. I rec'd one, then a week later another one and that is it. Nothing further. Please investigate and complete my order.

Review: I ordered a canvas from them and paid for it on 8/**/15. I received my confirmation email that it was received. It has not shipped and it still says processing. I have now emailed them 4 times and asked for information and they have not responded once. I emailed 3 times via their online form and once directly from my email. They have no other contact info on the website.Desired Settlement: I want them to contact me and let me know what is going on. I would like my canvas or, if that is not possible, a full refund.

Review: I purchased a product from Canvas People on August *, 2015. I had a promotion code and confirmed my order for $41.74 with shipping. When I received my confirmation email regarding my order, the total charged was $137.94. I immediately tried to contact them; however, there is no phone number on their website. I used their contact form (preferred method of contact) and proceeded to send 6 inquiries regarding the overcharge. A customer service agent contacted me via email on August [redacted] and asked what the problem was. I went over the promotion code and the total that was supposed to be charged; she informed me that I had the promotion code on my order for a $20 large canvas (plus $19.95 for shipping), which comes out to the original $41.74. My credit card was charged the entire regular price amount of $137.94, which is an overcharge of $96.20. I have contacted them two more times since receiving her email, and I have not heard anything back. I am filing a dispute on my credit card today. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Not to mention, I am a returning customer, so I would anticipate better service. After looking at their yelp reviews, it seems like this is a common practice and it has taken people several months to receive their refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $96.20. I am willing to pay for the product received, but only at the advertised promotional price.

Review: I ordered a canvas in mid December. Within 5 minutes of my order, I emailed them to change my order. I didn't get a response for over a month. I emailed them back within minutes and have yet to receive a response. It's not nearly 2 months later. Here is a summary.

I've called or emailed nearly a dozen times.

When the canvas finally came (which was the wrong picture) it had a huge scratch down the middle of it. Completely unusable.

I still have not heard from the company.Desired Settlement: Refund.

Review: I purchased a canvas online from Canvas People's website in November of 2013. I have since tried to contact the company due to the fact that my canvas never arrived. I have tried calling, however, they do not have customer service representatives. I tried leaving a message, I emailed, and I called numerous times, all with no contact in return. I still to date have not received my canvas or a return for the money I was charged.Desired Settlement: I am no longer interested in the canvas from this company. I only want my money back and to never deal with them again.

Ordering a canvas is a personalized and custom

product. For this reason, we review all orders to ensure the result will

meet our customer’s expectations. After processing hundreds of thousands

of orders, we have a good sense for the quality of the photo and how it will

appear on the canvas.

We reviewed this order on the date we received it, and we

realized that the quality/resolution of the photo would have resulted in a

blurry or pixelated image. Whenever this situation occurs, we

contact the customer via email containing a special link for him/her to upload

a replacement photo. It’s important to do this via email for tracking

purposes and to associate the photo to the correct order. Based on the

email address [redacted] provided in the Revdex.com complaint, there are several typos in the email she had provided when placing her order with us. As a result, she did not

get our usual receipt & order confirmation emails, nor has she received any

of our follow-up correspondence. For her confidentiality, we have not

included the incorrect email here for you to compare, but we’re happy to

provide this to you privately.

Unfortunately, this occurred at the outset of our busiest

season, when the volume emails and phone calls is significantly higher than

normal periods.

Our Customer Service team will be reaching out to the customer at the correct email address she has provided to go over things. Again, to be clear, we will be happy to offer a refund to [redacted] should she so desire after corresponding with us. Please let us know if you have additional comments or questions.

Review: I order a canvas from Canvaspeople on 12-**-12, after about a half hour I decieded I would like to cancel that order... I looked and looked on their page.. and there was no way to cancel it online and no phone number to call and said you only had 24hours to cancel it... so I proceeded to email them... which said they would get back to you in 2-3 business days... after a couple days of no response I emailed them again on 1-*-13.. and still have not heard back from them... and now I got an email saying it has shipped... and I want it canceled and do not want it.. it is ordered under my husbands name [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want it canceled and my money back!

Review: I ordered a canvas from this business on September *. Since their website advertises quick turnaround (a few days), I emailed them on September ** asking if my order had been received since it still said processing when I checked the order status. After I sent that email, I received an automated email saying that someone would reply in a few days. I still haven't receive a reply or my canvas, and the order still says it's being processed.Desired Settlement: I'm hoping to get my money back because this canvas was meant to be a gift for a date that has already passed.

They sent me an e-mail saying that my picture was too low resolution, even though when I first ordered it there wasn't a problem with the resolution. Then, I requested to cancel my order; they didn't respond. On October **, they sent me another e-mail (attached) which said that they had a new technology that would make my photo a better resolution for printing. This e-mail also said that it was sent to production. I still have not received a refund or my canvas.

Review: I ordered an 11X14 canvas on November **, 2015 for my husband for Christmas. On 12/*/15 I got an email saying it was deliverable. I emailed to find out why and was told they had sent it to the wrong address. They told me that they would change the address information and send it out again. I then contacted them on 12/**/15 to check on the package because I was never sent a tracking number. It had not been sent at that time yet, but I was told that it would be shipped, and that I would receive a tracking number. I received a tracking number on 12/**/15. On 12/**/15 after I checked the tracking information, I contacted them again because the tracking information said that it was shipped to the incorrect address yet again. I had sent numerous emails to them (of course there is no phone number for their company on their website) trying to figure out what is going on with my canvas. No one responded to any of my emails until 1/**/16, in which they said that they could ship it to another address. I gave them an alternate address to ship it to. They were supposed to send me a tracking number, and they never did. Since then, I have again sent numerous emails through the website to figure out where my canvas is. It is now 2/**/16 and I have gotten no responses. I want to know where my picture is. It's been 3 months!Desired Settlement: I want my canvas that I ordered. They gave me my $18.95 back, but when I tried to cancel my order, they said that they would go ahead and ship it to me. They promised me that I would received this canvas so I would like for them to stay true to their word.

Review: On the [redacted] of November I placed an order for six canvases. The money was deducted from my account the next business day. I was immediately sent an email receipt confirmation stating my products would be DELIVERED within 10-12 business days and I would receive email confirmation as to when my products were shipped. I never received any further emails about shipment. After a week,I contacted then 3x trying to determine if my order had been processed. I received 3 automated emails stating my email was received and woukd be reviewed and I would be contacted yo resolve any problems within 48hrs. No one acrually contacted me. There is no other option to contact them other than email. After searching around on their website I found a location to search for orders and check status. Individual pieces of my order have randomly been processed. I have continually tried emailing and contacting them to assess my order status and received NO response. I invested hundreds of dollars in their product based off their advertised pricing and delivery promises that they have failed to uphold and failed to acknowledge or respond about.

TODAY.... marks business day 14 (day 21) and some of my items have not even completed production and they state items are to be DELIVERED within 10-12business days. And I have no way of contacting anyone, and I have sent ATLEAST 6 different emails trying to contact ANYONE to assess the status of my order. I spent $120 in shipping alone!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the business regarding the status of my order and I think compensation for ATLEAST some of the shipping/handling charges should be refunded. I paid $120 in shipping/handling for my product. and it was stated to be DELIVERED within 10-12 business days. Today is business day 14 and I have only received 2/6 of my canvases and 1 of them hasn't even finished production and have yet to receive ANY communication with this company since confirmation of my order.

Review: Ordered a canvas back at the end of August on the [redacted]. Company said that it would be processed and delivered in 10-12 business days. At the end of those days I had not heard anything so I contacted them with no response. My order said that it was processing. I went on to contact them 5 other times with no response. Review: I paid $8 for a coupon for a canvas from Canvas People. I submitted my photo, and was encouraged to upgrade to a larger canvas, which I did. I also paid extra for shipping to guarantee delivery by Mother's Day (the website said to order before noon, and my order was stamped paid at 9:06. Total cost of my $8 "bargain" was $34.94.My canvas did not arrive until after Mother's Day, and when it did arrive, the color was so off that I could not give it as a gift. After several attempts to contact Canvas People, they responded and said the problem was the photo I submitted. We own a commercial printing company, and our folks say my photo is NOT the problem. I have read that numerous Canvas People customers are having the same issue with quality and service. I simply cannot understand such bad customer service. If the customer is not happy with the product, why aren't they willing to make the customer happy? 1. The Canvas I have is totally unusable as it is a picture of baby feet, and one of the babies has purple feet! 2. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery which did not occur.I have asked for a full refund, but of course have been told that Canvas People can not do that.Buyer beware!Desired Settlement: Complete refund of $34.94 requested.

Review: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Both of their listed phone numbers are BOGUS!! THey don't even list the numbers on their site, you have to [redacted] and search for one. I've contacted them via their contact form TWICE and have heard nothing! I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and the status of my order continues to stay the same. NO CHANGE.. These people are a joke! They charged me and I haven't gotten my order yet, haven't heard anything, they wont respond!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my full charge back to my card. $25.94, and I hope they go out of business as a bonus!

Review: Was going to order a canvas picture for our son for fathers day and when I submitted my photo they said it did not have a high enough resolution so if I could submit a different photo which I did, again kept telling me resolution was to low so they couldn't make the canvas for me. I have sent numerous emails and have not received one reply back from anyone, so now I just want my money back, and again no reply's. They do have a refund policy, but they never made my canvas so I truly believe they should refund my money, they have no right to keep my $37.40 and I have no canvas.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and for people to know about this shady company.

Our customer service team had responded to the customer's email to confirm this cancellation. If the refund has not been posted to the customer's account they will need to reach out to their bank or credit card company as the funds show as being successfully returned.

Review: I placed an order online for a print in August ([redacted]) their website says that their turnaround time is 10-12 business days. I have not received my print, although I have paid for it. They do not have a way online to contact them by phone, however on at least 6 occassions I have emailed them and contacted them through their online form. I have also posted several times on their facebook site. They continue to send me solicitations to purchase new prints, however I am still waiting on my order from August. They had a posting on their website in the middle of September saying they were backed up a bit and to be patient. It is nearly two months! I found their phone number online and it is just always busy- there is no response to any of my messages and no other way to contact them! I am not the only one, on their facebook site there were tons of messages of others who were in the same boat.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money and delivery of order

I ordered a canvas November **, 2015 and never received it. There is no way to contact them via the phone so I've sent them at least 5 emails indicating that I never received it. Only thing I've ever received in return first was an email saying being patient as it's the holiday season then two after that saying that they're looking into the problem.

Review: I ordered a canvas print 11X14 for free and agreed to pay for [redacted] shipping charges. I have received nothing. I tried to get into my account and could not do so. They offered to mail me my password on three different occasions and never did so. There is no telephone contact number for them. They do not respond to e-mails. I am convinced that it only arrived as a result of my filing a complaint. Horrific. Their website does not work properly and I've written 3 times to ask a question and have never gotten an answer. They do not give a phone number and you cannot get help. I purchased 5 vouchers for 5 pictures and cannot use them. If you check reviews you would never deal with this company.

Review: I ordered a canvas from this business back on July [redacted] 2015. I have contacted the customer service through email (they don't have a phone number) multiple times. They emailed me back a week later asking for my order number so I sent it, then sent it again about a couple days later. They stated that not long after I placed my order, they sent me an email stating that my picture wasn't good quality and a link to reupload a different picture. After reading so many negative reviews, I was sorry I placed an order with Canvaspeople before checking. I had a promo code for an 11x14 canvas print for a spectacular price. I received it today, less than one week from the time I ordered it. It is beautiful and I cannot wait to hang it up! I would use this company again without hesitation.
