The bag was purchased July 22, 2014.  We accepted the return of the bag and received it the last week of November 2015.  A refund/credit was processed on December 4, 2015.  The funds were taken out of our bank account on January 4, 2016.  After contacting the bank and the processing credit card company, this is normal practice for refunds.  It can take 10 days to 30 days to appear on statements.  [redacted] should recheck her bank and/or credit card company for a the refund of $265.87 was done and complete.    Please advise.Thank you.
