amount total is 24.13 it was mishandling by a new trainee with out notifying the manager not the supervisor. We had refunded the agreeable amount with the filer, Ms. [redacted] in the amount of 24.13 by check #[redacted] forwarding to her via [redacted] first class mail. Enclosed is a copy of the refund check and the letter addressed to Ms. [redacted]. We truly regret this had to happen and caused inconvenience to our customer. We believe this should resolve this complaint. Furthermore, we will reinforce training with all cashiers regarding the proper procedure and handling on all credit card payments transactions.
