I live alone and my water bill for March and April is over 800.00 each month and May was 20.00 what's wrong with this picture.

I am in receipt of your letter received by facsimile on this date, regarding the indentification number noted above.Our records show that the customer came into our office on February 15, 2017 to make a payment arrangment for the delinquent balance of $98.21 from the January 1, 2017 bill, which was...

due on January 25, 2017. The customer stated that she would pay $43.00 the next day, February 16, 2017 and that she would pay the remainder of the delinquent balance 2 weeks from February 16th, which would have been March 2, 2017.On February 21, 2017 the customer made a payment of $45.00 and did not keep the remainder of the payment arrangement. The water service was turned off on March 9, 2017 for non-payment of the January 2017 bill.This morning we received a phone call from the [redacted], who made a pledge to pay the $98.21delinquent from the January 1, 2017 bill. This office accepted the pledge and will be turning the water on today.The complainant is correct that the March 1, 2017 bill is due for payment by March 25, 2017. If the bill is not paid or if a payment arrangement is not made and honored, the account will again be up for turn off.If I can provide any additional information please contact me.
