SEE ORIGINAL FOR RESPONSE IN ITS ENTIRETY.You have mentioned that you have not been able to speak to a regional manager for over a monthThat isn't trueI am the regional manager for the property and we have spokenOur first conversation was about a month ago, but got disconnected because your cell service wasn't goodI tried to phone you back and received voicemail to which left a messageYou then called me back days later, and returned your callYou then called again, but I could only call before a certain timeWe did connect about two weeks ago, February 15thWe actually spoke for about minutes, to which I had to end the call due to your disrespectful attitude.What you failed to mention in your letter was the issue you were having was your dryer not workingAs indicated, this is your personal property, and [redacted] is not responsible for your washer or dryerWe are responsible for providing the hook up, which includes the water valve in the wall, not the hoses, and the dryer vent, not the vent hoseThese items are checked prior to moby [redacted] staff.You called our office the first week of January regarding a burning Smell in your laundry roomOne of our office employees came to your apartmentThe employee told you it did smell like a belt was going out in the dryerAs a courtesy, the office employee offered to have the dryer vent checkedOn January 6, 2017, with your permission, we had [redacted] come check and clean the dryer vent at no cost to youTheir report, attached, indicated very little lintIn order to clean or check a vent the dryer hose is removedThe technician from [redacted] did reattach the dryer hose as a courtesy, but did not unplug, test, etcthe dryer as again, we do not maintain your personal appliances.On January 16, 2017, you called the office and said you had a bad sensor and tried to blame [redacted] for the work [redacted] as a courtesy we checked your dryer vent but we are not responsible for your personal appliances or contentsThat being said, there is nothing for [redacted] to repair as the equipment we are to provide is Working.Should you have additional questions don't hesitate to Contact our office
