[redacted] did not make his car payment. His car can be repossessed if his payment is more than 10 days late, as it was. The day I repossessed his car he was in the process of leaving town. He is required to inform us of a change of address in advance. The address he listed on this complaint is not valid. We would love to know his current address so we can take further action against Mr. [redacted]. Revdex.com:Rick is completely dishonest, as I called him on Monday 8/22 to inform Rick of new employment and that I would be getting paid on 26th in the event that I could not call him in time, I was going to call him  on 8/27 to come to make the payment arrangement. My insurance never lapsed it was in jeopardy yes I will admit but I called my agent and made an arrangement for 8/27 to pay my bill. We had a mutual friend who told him I was planning on moving to Richmond VA. I had no address to report or salidafied, he took quick action, and woke me out of my sleep at 9:33 am and repossessed my vehicle on the word of someone else that wasn't even discussed with me. He told me to make the payment and get my insurance straight which I was willing to do to keep my vehicle l, even offered to ride with him to take care of this business but he refused and stated "it's too hard to deal with out of town customer" my personal affairs has nothing to do with Rick. This is piss poor business practice and I had to call him to request fax number only to get the same excuse and him stating to me that he's just going to keep my vehicle. Not even willing to try or anything. This is step by step detail of what happened. He told me upon getting this car that if I knew I would be late bc I do work out of town, he stated I could call him with a date and pay him with no problems (apparently that was a lie).
